For the second year running, The Black Horse has made it into the Good Beer Guide. This is no mean feat (only 26 in the Cambridge region) and shows how well Kes, Debs and the Team have done. Why not pop down to find out why this little pub is one of the best in the region and support an important village hub. There is a revamped menu and don’t forget about the Tuesday Night Specials; Fish & Chips (1st and 3rd Tues) and Bangers & Beer (2nd and 4th Tues).
Our first treasure hunt was held on 3rd August, nineteen teams competed, the sun shone and the Black Horse organised an evening barbecue. Is it possible to have more fun than that? We don’t think it is, so we will be doing it again next year!
A goodly crowd of enthusiastic folk indulged in our Line Dancing evening on Friday 6 September in the Village Hall. Proceeds of more than £70 have been added to Friends funds. Thank you for your support!
