Forever Active – Strength and Balance Exercise Class for over 50s

This friendly class is a mixture of seated and standing exercises designed to increase muscle strength, balance, suppleness and mobility. 

We currently run two sessions on Mondays at Rampton village hall, at 10am and 11.15 am. 

There are spaces available in the 11.15am class or you could join a waiting list for the earlier class.
